Job : You will run Parallel's contracts management system end-to-end, owning Ironclad as its admin — building and maintaining workflows, routing approvals and signatures, fixing what breaks, and keeping the repository in a state where the reporting can be trusted. You'll also negotiate directly: smaller commercial items like NDAs and order forms are yours to close within playbook, and anything outside it you'll triage and hand to counsel with a clear recommendation. We use AI tooling for first-pass markup and playbook checks, and you'll work the same way, using it to move faster rather than slower.
