About the role
As Partly's Account Manager, Appraiser you’ll work directly with customers and vehicle claims appraisers to map Partly’s value and solve real day to day problems to them into long-term programmes, Build off Partly’s Interpreter. You will own the customer relationship end to end: setting up pilots, measuring what changes, and building the evidence that wins the workflow. You'll be the person the customer calls, and the person who brings their reality back to our Product team. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- US auto claims or appraisal experience, ideally as an independent or staff appraiser, adjuster or claims lead
- Know the claims workflow, from first notice of loss to repair or total loss, including estimating and parts decisions
- Project ownership. You've run rollouts, pilots or programmes with clear outcomes and deadlines
- Comfortable with data. You track results yourself and can explain them to a senior audience
- Credible with technical teams. You can describe a data or workflow problem precisely enough for an engineer to act on it
- (Bonus) Experience at an insurer-facing software company in a customer success, implementation or account role
