This role is pivotal in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our creators, managing onboarding, and driving expansion and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, proactive problem-solver who is already leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day work and is excited to bring that mindset to supporting creative talent at scale.

- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing leadership role
- Currently using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) as part of your workflow — and enthusiastic about applying them to drive better outcomes for creators
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment — you adapt quickly and figure things out
