About the role
We’re looking for a Creator Community Manager to build, grow, and elevate the creator community around our platform. This person will own both the creator community and the creator experience , helping creators feel supported, engaged, and successful at every stage of their journey with us.
What they're looking for
- Experience in community management , creator partnerships , customer success , or a similar relationship-driven role
- Strong understanding of what makes creator communities thrive, including engagement, trust, belonging, and recognition
- Ability to balance high-touch relationship building with scalable program design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product , Marketing , Support , and Operations
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple initiatives at once
