About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Yacht Business Unit in Florida. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of yacht and marine insurance clients while providing a high level of personalized service to clients with complex insurance needs.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in insurance account management, account executive, producer or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with yacht, marine, personal lines or high-net-worth insurance strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures and the account management process
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Yacht Business Unit in Florida. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of yacht and marine insurance clients while providing a high level of personalized service to clients with complex insurance needs.
The Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing day-to-day account needs, renewals, coverage changes and carrier relationships. In addition, this position will have the opportunity to generate and earn commission on new business opportunities developed through client relationships, referrals and business development activities.
