If you're driven to build something of your own, know how to earn trust fast, and hold yourself to a standard most people in sales don't, this is the role that puts all of it to use.
Our agency is growing, and we need producers who want to grow with it. You'll be building a book from the ground up, prospecting new business, developing relationships, and closing deals across personal lines, commercial lines, or both, depending on where your strengths take you. The clients you win expect a lot and remember who delivers. The team behind you works with you, not around you. And you'll have the platform behind you: national carrier access, 150+ locations, a team that genuinely collaborates, so you're never building your book without the right resources in reach.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Media, PA
- Prospect and generate new business consistently so that your book grows month over month, not just when it's convenient.
