As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you play a critical role in helping clients protect what matters most. You'll serve as a trusted resource for policy service, coverage guidance, account maintenance, and relationship management while delivering a responsive, high-quality client experience.
In this role, you'll manage day-to-day service needs for a personal lines book of business, working closely with producers, renewal specialists, carriers, and account support teammates. Your expertise and attention to detail will help ensure policies remain accurate, clients stay informed, and service requests are handled efficiently throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and service-related requests with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
