8-10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital strategy, or agency environments, with a proven history of scaling multi-tiered teams (managing managers). Deep operational expertise in TikTok Shop, social commerce ecosystems, affiliate networks, and creator-led commerce models.
