8–10+ years of senior leadership experience in retail, brand management, 3P marketplace operations, and P&L ownership (experience in high-velocity channels like TikTok Shop highly preferred). Deep functional expertise in retail strategy, promotional execution, 3P marketplace operations, and supply chain/inventory dynamics.
