- Source where others don't: Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels. The candidates we want aren't applying — you'll go get them
- Build the infrastructure, be ready to scale: Own pipeline metrics and reporting in Greenhouse and Gem, design and run our interviewer calibration and training program, and continuously improve recruiting process quality
