- Substantial experience across project management, operations, business analysis, vendor management, or a related discipline
- Proven ability to facilitate productive meetings, guide decisions, and keep varied stakeholder groups aligned
- Hands-on exposure to application programming interface integrations, with the ability to understand how systems exchange information
- Familiarity with project and task-management platforms such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana
- Working knowledge of structured delivery or process-improvement approaches such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, or Design Thinking
- The ability to translate confidently between business needs and technical concepts
