- Demonstrated success leading large-scale product organizations with executive-level scope
- Proven experience owning complex marketplace, commerce, platform, SaaS, or partner ecosystem products
- Deep understanding of commerce journeys including purchasing, subscriptions, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and partner operations
- Strong experience balancing growth initiatives alongside governance, compliance, operational control, and scalability requirements
- Ability to influence across executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, operational teams, and commercial functions
- Strong understanding of platform architecture concepts and product decision-making within complex technical environments
