About the role
This is a rare seat: full ownership of how Paxos brings the world's largest financial institutions onto its platform. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end onboarding experience — from the identity verification, KYC/KYB, and compliance workflows that bring new customers on, through the dashboard and developer experiences that make integration seamless and get them fully activated.

The Compliance & Platform Experience team owns the shared surfaces that power trust and usability across Paxos's platform — from identity verification and compliance workflows to the dashboards, notifications, and developer tools that make our platform seamless to integrate with and give partners real product surface area to build on. We sit at the intersection of product, compliance, and engineering, proving that regulatory rigor and a great user experience aren't a tradeoff — they're the same problem.
