What they're looking for
- 8-10 years of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, or integrated campaign experience, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, or another complex technology solution
- A strong background in campaign development and program execution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a layered demand function
- Experience turning industry events into measurable demand programs
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, publishers, or other external partners and holding them accountable for quality, timelines, and performance
- A strong ownership mindset - you care about getting results less than sticking to rigid ways of doing things
