What they're looking for
- 7–10 years of experience managing complex technical programs, ideally in a high-growth or regulated environment
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs with many moving parts on time and with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring Jira and other Agile tooling for scaling teams
- Strong change management experience. Able to guide teams through ambiguity and align around shifting priorities
- Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in technical conversations. Able to engage in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and help scope solutions in partnership with engineering and product
