- 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management, Reserve Management or Investment Operations
- Experience within a regulated financial institution, payments company, fintech, or digital asset organization
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, treasury operations and controls
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
