About the role
Peak Energy is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team and play a crucial role in driving the development and deployment of our sodium ion based large-scale energy storage systems. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient energy storage solutions that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the advancement of renewable energy storage.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of energy storage system projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive alignment, achieve project goals, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall project execution capabilities
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to battery energy storage systems, and integrate relevant insights into project planning and execution
