- • 5+ years of SaaS HR experience owning a direct retention and expansion quota number
- • Direct experience selling EOR required in mid-market or commercial segment
- • A proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up
- • Legal authorization to work in the United States
- • A consultative approach — you ask good questions, understand the problem before pitching a solution, and focus on long-term value
- • The ability to pick things up quickly and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling conversations
