What they're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong full-stack depth spanning both front-end (React/TypeScript) and backend/distributed systems
- Lean Mindset: Focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing iteratively
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in TypeScript , Postgres , and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, etc.), with strong proficiency in React
- System Design: Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Delivery Track Record: Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects from inception to deployment
