About the role
We're seeking a Lifecycle Manager to join the Growth Marketing team, the team that looks after member renewal and engagement at Pelago.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing — healthcare, subscription, or other renewal-dependent business models preferred
- Experience working in B2C or B2C2B environments
- A track record of revenue-driving metric ownership
- Experience designing segmented, cadence-based communication programs
- Strong data instincts, with the ability to build reporting that cross-functional partners actually use and act on
- Experience with Iterable, Braze, or other consumer engagement platforms
