About the role
As a Software Engineer (V.I.E.) based in Miami, you will be part of the Product & Engineering team, contributing to the development and scaling of Pelico’s AI-native platform while collaborating closely with both local operations and the Engineering teams in France. You will help build and evolve a platform designed from the ground up to leverage AI, working on impactful software solutions that support complex industrial operations and Pelico’s customers. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and APIs

- Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and agile development principles
- Interest in AI/ML technologies and their application to real-world software products
