As a Revenue Operations Specialist at PDL, you’ll help keep the systems, data, and processes behind our revenue engine running smoothly. You’ll be a key partner to our Revenue teams, with a particular focus on Salesforce administration, revenue analytics, and deal operations .
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys figuring out how things work. You’ll spend a lot of time in Salesforce maintaining data, troubleshooting issues, building reports, and helping the team get the most out of our systems. You’ll also work closely with revenue leadership to understand and analyze opportunities, including complex deal structures, ARR calculations, expansions, renewals, and other changes that impact our revenue reporting.
