About the role
In conjunction with PingLend’s management team, our payment processor, key vendors and sponsor bank, develop and implement all the required credit card and operational processes to ensure an effective product launch in 2023; Manage credit card operations, pre and post-cardholder acquisition including customer boarding, card printing and fulfillment, payments, call center operations, fraud management, chargebacks, collections, and account maintenance etc;
