About the role
You will partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap that establishes Prism as the agentic operating platform for the data center — spanning diagnostics, triage, and the broader intelligence layer operators and executives depend on.

- 8+ years of technical product management experience, including leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers or end users, and treats that time as core product work, not a distraction from it
- Track record of helping take a product from point solution toward platform — or contributing to a platform, integration, or data-surface product
- Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction and to sequence an ambitious vision into fundable steps
- Deep expertise in prioritization frameworks and product decision-making under uncertainty
- Strong technical acumen, including system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms

Factories, power plants, buildings, etc. operate the same they've operated for decades — because the controls programming is hard-coded.
