About the role
Program management: Define, recruit, and optimize Phantom's US influencer and affiliate marketing strategy to drive new user acquisition and multi-product adoption across spot, perps, and predictions Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier partners, offering support, guidance, and incentives to maximize their performance
What they're looking for
- 5 - 7 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, particularly app-based businesses
- Proven track record of developing and launching influencer marketing programs from zero to one
- Deep understanding of partnership ecosystem in crypto (publishers, KOLs, influencers)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data and managing external agencies
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits through branded content
- Passion for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance (or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space)
