- Comfort at the clinical–technical seam. You've worked with EHRs, clinical data, or software implementations, and you can hold a real conversation with both an engineer and a physician without needing a translator
- Problem-Solving Prowess: A demonstrated ability to solve hard problems and untangle complex, nuanced health system workflows
- Data Fluency: Familiarity with clinical data structures, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), or standard EHR data models

As a Clinical Partner Architect, you will spearhead Pharos' partner motion, solving complex problems, ensuring high satisfaction and platform adoption from day one onward. By aligning our software to specific clinical specialties and hospital workflows, while measuring Pharos's tangible impact on health systems, clinicians, quality specialists, and the patients they serve, you will deliver real benefit to real people every day.
