What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or
- Expert-level financial modeling, demonstrated experience building models from scratch
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and the mechanics of the three statements
- Experience with scenario analysis and capital project evaluation (NPV, IRR, payback)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex analysis simply
