- Experience leading material diligence or execution workstreams with senior stakeholders
- Strong investment judgment and the ability to form a clear recommendation from imperfect information
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience in critical materials, mining, industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, or climate related industries is helpful
