- To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- Previous experience of leading a Pre-sales / Solution consulting team
- A proven leader who can demonstrate an ability to manage and coach a team of high performers to new heights
- As well as being a leader to the team, you need to be a force multiplier by bring at least one of the following skills:
- 3+ years pre-sales experience in the EPM space
- Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains, Finance, HR/Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management, Revenue Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain
