About the role
We are seeking an experienced Deal Desk Manager to join Pigment's Revenue Operations team as part of our founding Deal Desk function in the US. This role sits at the center of our quote-to-cash motion. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and GTM Systems to structure, review, and operationalize commercial deals — from pricing guidance and deal structure, to quote accuracy, approvals, and order form readiness.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, experience with Salesforce CPQ or another quoting tool is a strong plus
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes, pricing, approvals, order forms, or commercial deal workflows
- Comfortable working with Sales, Legal, Finance, Systems, Strategy, leadership stakeholders, and distributed teams
- Process-oriented and pragmatic, with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and risk
