About the role
Payroll Management: Processing of monthly payroll along with a third party-provider, ensuring 100% accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely distribution. Benefits Administration: Manage and audit employee benefits programs (health insurance, pensions such as 401K, etc.), acting as the main point of contact for providers and employees.

- Minimum 3 years in USA & Canada payroll
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration within the scope defined
- You are rigorous, and have good attention to detail
- You have strong prioritization skills & solution-oriented mindset
- You have strong analytical skills and a "test-and-learn" mindset for HR software
- High level of discretion and sensitivity toward confidential data
