About the role
This is an initial six-month contractor engagement, with the potential to extend on a rolling basis according to business needs. Open to candidates based in the United States and fully remote, this role will provide hands-on recruiting capacity to support Pigment’s hiring drive.

- You have at least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, including experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector
- You have strong headhunting skills and can move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches as required
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on challenges hands-on
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues
- You are confident using productivity and recruitment tools and manage competing priorities in a structured way
- You are curious, enjoy learning and work effectively with autonomy
