- Minimum 6 years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a related role, including 2–4+ years of substantial ads data/signals or marketing measurement experience
- Experience partnering with engineering, data science, analytics, research, or PMM cross-functional teams
- Evidence of the ability to define new products and strategies and to execute from ideation and multi-quarter roadmaps through go-to-market and adoption
- Ability to empathize with, anticipate the needs of, and effectively collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs in the context of online platforms
- Preferred but not required: Experience with social, video, commerce, or organic-and-paid measurement
