What they're looking for
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience, with deep expertise in trust & safety, account integrity, anti-abuse, or adversarial domains
- Proven track record owning ML-powered detection products and shipping enforcement systems at scale
- Strong data fluency — comfortable with precision/recall/FPR, prevalence measurement, and reasoning about adversarial dynamics
- SQL proficiency — able to self-serve data investigation and analysis
- Demonstrated systems thinking — experience navigating complex, interconnected detection and enforcement infrastructure
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive-level communication — proven ability to drive alignment and decisions across functions, and present strategy and recommendations to all levels of leadership
