- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of engineering management experience leading full stack and/or mobile teams shipping production systems
- Experience in performance, growth, or ads engineering, preferably with app install, app engagement, or lower-funnel objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving Product, Data, Design, and other engineering teams
- Strong technical judgment and ability to dive deep into architecture, data quality, and measurement details when needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain strategy, tradeoffs, and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
