About the role
Corporate Governance & Board Support: Support the company’s corporate governance framework and Board of Directors activities, including preparing board and committee meeting materials (resolutions, minutes, written consents) and maintaining corporate records and filings to ensure the company remains in good standing. This involves organizing documentation for board meetings and implementing governance practices appropriate for a late-stage private company.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house counsel
- Strong interest in fintech
- JD degree required
- US Bar admission in at least one state
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills and excellent legal and business judgment
- Experience working with senior management and ability to work well with various teams in a fast-paced environment
