About the role
Engaging directly with C-level executives to build and maintain customer relationships Building and executing the strategy that drives upsell/cross-sell revenue and renewals at scale, and operationalizing the process to drive team efficiency
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of professional experience, 5+ years managing a revenue-driving team
- Proven track record of success driving revenue results at a technology company, strong preference towards those with prior experience in finances services or with banking and wealth management firms as clients
- Consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical solutions and financial value prop - internally for cross-functional collaboration and externally to customers, including an executive audience
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer trends at scale
- Desire to get (more) technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Plaid's APIs
