Salesforce development : Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows that support core GTM processes. What they're looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience — Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware)
- Experience with CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or similar) and a working understanding of quote-to-cash / lead-to-cash data flows
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, or LLM-backed automations that improve operational efficiency — building with AI tools, not just using them
- Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills — comfortable tracing a data issue from a Salesforce field back through Apex logic, automation, and upstream integrations
- Experience with integration/middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Tray.io , Workato, or similar) and modern API design
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control (Git), CI/CD, testing discipline, and code review practices
