About the role
Define and own Plaid's strategy and roadmap for data-supply traffic, health, and cost efficiency. Build and prioritize traffic-optimization initiatives , including opportunities created by evolving machine-learning models and strategic concessions negotiated with providers.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience , including 5+ in product management or equivalent founder/operator roles
- Analytical rigor: You are comfortable working directly with data, cost models, and operational metrics to make and defend complex decisions
- Deep technical fluency: You can reason about large-scale systems, load management, API platforms, and machine-learning models and engage engineers as a close product partner
- Platform & systems thinking mindset: You think in systems, and design for reuse and the long term
