About the role
A Program Manager plays a crucial role in leading the day-to-day operations of our programs (startup accelerator and industry program). This position involves managing defined tasks independently, ensuring smooth logistical execution, facilitating connections, and actively leading the program's community-building efforts to drive industrial innovation and growth.

- Lead the coordination and execution of startup accelerator programs, industry programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate partners
- Ensure all logistical details are handled effectively, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation
- Detailed planning of the specific programs (tailored mentorship sessions, selective networking events, specialized meetups) to ensure maximum value for participants and industry partners
- Lead the activities with the support of the Nordics team and colleagues globally
- Provide direct support to participating startups by addressing their needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with relevant mentors and industry experts
- Maintain program databases, prepare detailed reports, and manage program documentation (e.g., cohort status, key performance metrics)
