About the role
Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Value Creation Associate to join the value creation team in Morocco. The role takes ownership of client engagements from the early stages, establishing the structure, processes, and delivery standards required to run them, and then transitions them to supporting teams so the core team can move on to the next engagement.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or business operations environment
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with direct responsibility for client relationships or deliverables
- Experience setting up new projects or workstreams from the ground up, including defining processes where none previously existed
- Demonstrated ability to own several concurrent engagements or workstreams without close supervision
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or partners in a demanding, multi-priority environment is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Working proficiency in French or Arabic is an advantage

- Support the launch of new client engagements by establishing working processes, reporting structures, and delivery standards in the early stages.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams within client engagements and firm-wide initiatives, advancing progress between check-ins rather than solely monitoring status.
- Hand over stabilised engagements to supporting teams, documenting processes and providing the guidance needed for delivery to continue without disruption.
- Work across multiple concurrent engagements, allocating time and attention according to firm priorities.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication and follow-through to the standards expected of the firm.
