About the role
As a Principal Product Manager at PointClickCare, you contribute to PointClickCare’s vision and strategy for operationalizing AI Models, define roadmaps for AI Models in the broader AI platform, and drive execution to ensure overall success with AI Models across the entire product portfolio. To succeed in this role, you draw upon your extensive knowledge and experience of AI in health care applying your experience with AI development, use in products, and adapting based on customer feedback.

- 10+ years working in product management,
- Master's or higher degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study
- Solid track record of managing large product lines, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products with great user experience
- Skilled multi-tasker with ability to work through ambiguity and derives energy from a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability influencing stakeholders, executing product priorities, and driving business results
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify the most important things amongst many important things
