About the role
The Product Manager position will be responsible for the successful delivery of products and functionality including migration tooling, onboarding tools and clinical workflows to support senior care buildings in all things orders management. You will create compelling value for users and customers while driving strategic growth for the business. This role contributes to the product roadmap and balances both tactical execution and strategic planning across their product portfolio.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems
- Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority
- Comfort working with technical concepts, including APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions

**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles : If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles : If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
