About the role
As a Senior Manager of Monetization Strategy & Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and executing pricing and packaging strategies for PointClickCare’s products and services. You will lead key initiatives, support strategic deals, and act as a bridge between tactical execution and strategic leadership. Reporting to the Director, Monetization Strategy & Pricing, you will collaborate across departments to ensure pricing decisions drive both short- and long-term business impact. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business analysis, product operations, or management consulting, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and AI pricing models, value-based pricing, and monetization principles
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer value drivers, and product commercialization
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets
- Experience with financial modeling, pricing analysis, and market research
