About the role
Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), the Vice President, Product Operations leads the Product Operations function and is responsible for establishing, evolving, and scaling the processes, governance frameworks, planning practices, and operating rhythms that enable effective execution across PointClickCare’s Product and Engineering organization.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is considered an asset
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO, Product Management, Strategy, or a related business operations function within a complex technology organization
- Demonstrated experience leading planning, governance, portfolio management, and operational processes that support execution across large, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and other business functions to achieve organizational objectives
- Strong analytical, strategic, and operational leadership skills, including experience leveraging metrics, reporting, and business insights to support planning, prioritization, and executive decision-making

For Hybrid Roles : If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
