We are looking for a capable, self-directed data professional to join our North American client's team. Someone that can walk into a multi-system environment, make sense of what's there, clean it up, and build dashboards that give Sales, Finance, and Professional Services teams visibility they don't currently have. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or a closely related role - senior enough to navigate multiple business functions without guidance
- Hands-on Power BI experience: building dashboards, data modeling, and connecting multiple data sources
- Solid Salesforce experience - including data cleanup, reporting, and understanding how CRM data flows into downstream systems
- BA instincts - you can gather requirements from busy stakeholders, ask the right questions, and turn vague asks into concrete deliverables
- Comfortable working across systems like NetSuite, Jira, and project management tools - you don't need everything explained from scratch

Someone that can walk into a multi-system environment, make sense of what's there, clean it up, and build dashboards that give Sales, Finance, and Professional Services teams visibility they don't currently have.
- Build out operational dashboards in Power BI and/or Claude that pull from multiple systems - Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and a homegrown project tracking tool.
- Assess and clean up data quality issues - primarily in Salesforce - so the underlying data is reliable before it hits any reporting layer.
- Work with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Professional Services to understand what they actually need to see and translate that into usable outputs.
- Map and document data flows between systems, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and integration points.
- Deliver work independently with minimal hand-holding - this is a "get it done" engagement, not a heavily managed one.
