Our client is a large, growing global software organization with operations around the world . As the organization continues to evolve, expand and decentralize they are investing heavily in their technology and identity infrastructure. We are looking for a Junior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join a growing IAM team and work closely with an experienced IAM Engineer.
What they're looking for
- We are looking for a technically curious individual with a foundation in identity and access management and a desire to continue learning
- · 1–2 years of exposure to IAM / Identity & Access Management
- · 1–2 years of exposure to Okta
- · 1–2 years of exposure to Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- · Experience with user provisioning and/or deprovisioning
- · Exposure to authentication and MFA

We are looking for a Junior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join a growing IAM team and work closely with an experienced IAM Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of exposure to Okta, IAM and Microsoft Entra ID who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop deeper expertise in Identity & Access Management and Security.
Reporting to the IAM Engineer, you will provide day-to-day support for identity and access management across the organization. You will troubleshoot access issues, support users and business units, assist with Okta and Entra administration, and gradually take on more responsibility as your technical skills develop.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, has a strong technical foundation and is motivated to build a long-term career in IAM and security.
