About the role
As a Growth Engineer at Posh, you will be joining a talented, highly cross-functional, rapidly scaling engineering team, critical in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact
- Proficiency in relevant full-stack technologies (e.g., React, React Native, Typescript, AWS or similar cloud providers, etc.), with experience in either mobile app development or backend systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating products that connect people in the real world
- Strong knowledge of product metrics, funnels, and user lifecycle stages
- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor others, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong understanding of growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and metrics-driven decision-making
