About the role
As an Operations Associate, you'll own the daily flow of mail, disputes, and chargebacks that keep our operations compliant and our customers taken care of. You'll build fluency across core workflows, including in-person mail handling, dispute resolution, physical payment processing, credit disputes, and money order processing, and you'll take ownership of your work end-to-end, from spotting an issue to seeing it resolved.
