As an AI Engineer , you will be at the center of our mission: building production-grade AI agents that automate wealth management workflows. This role goes far beyond prototypes. You will design, ship, and scale reliable AI systems that interact with real clients, analyze complex financial data, generate insights, and integrate seamlessly into advisor workflows. Build production-ready AI agents that handle document parsing, portfolio automation, and client workflows.

- A builder with high agency who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and ships quickly
- Comfortable with modern AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
- Proficient with LLMs, agent orchestration, and browser automation frameworks such as Playwright
- Experienced in Python (our core backend language) and comfortable with React/TypeScript (our frontend stack)
- Skilled at using observability and evaluation tools like LangSmith to measure and improve agent performance
